Easy slimeball?

There are one way to make slimeball. In this tutorial, we'll be making coagulated blood tho, but it can be converted back to slimeball by crafting a slime block. Coagulated blood can also be dried to get coagulated blood drop. It's edible and will give you Health Boost II effect.

Steps:

1. Get your stone barrel! It's a cheap way to get blood by this.
2. Place one mycelium block beside or below the stone barrel.
   More of these blocks will increase the speed of witchwater conversion.
3. Place one compressed flesh block nearby the stone barrel.
   More of these blocks will increase the speed of witchwater conversion.
4. Pipe the blood (either using transfer pipe (Extra Utilities 2) or fluid conduit (EnderIO)) and place it in casting table (Tinkerer's Construct) to create coagulated blood.
   One stone barrel will make 1 bucket of blood, which casting coagulated blood only requires 144 miliBucket of blood.

When these producing things are populated and automated, it'll give you lots of coagulated bloods in a short period.

Easy ender pearls?

There are some ways to easily obtain ender pearls. Here's some:

1. Mob farm. (Note that flying mob farm won't let enderman fall. Use walking ones!)
   Walking mob farm may be using mob fans or vector plates with spikes in it. (Search for them in the JEI's GUI)
   Golden spikes gives XP.
   
2. Crushed endstone sifting.
   In order to get endstone, you may use lava in the stone barrel, inserted with a glowstone dust.
   Crushed endstone gravels are obtained by hammering endstone.
   Glowstone dusts are obtained by sifting dusts.
   Lava are easily obtained by using cobblestone in the crucible.
   This method also gives you draconium dust!
   
   For automation, these things can be placed nearby and connected using item and fluid conduits (from EnderIO) to automatically extract and insert things.
